Teen Network Spring Festival Gala More than 30 elves in pajamas and pillows dance

The 4th Dalian Youth Network Spring Festival Gala will be launched on the website of Dalian Youth Palace on February 1. This year’s Youth Online Spring Festival Gala had a particularly surprising program: more than 30 elementary school students wore pajamas and hugged pillows to dance on stage. The program, called “Fairy Tales of the Night”, was directed by a famous dance teacher in Dalian, with the accompanying music “Xuanjing” and Van Gogh’s famous “Starry Moon Night” in the background. A group of children in pajamas and nightcaps wake up from their sleep and wander in beautiful dreams…

Xu Ping, the instructor of “Fairy Tales at Night”, was the choreographer of the opening ceremony of the first National University Games. Engaged in dance teaching for 31 years, he has cooperated with Chen Wei, director of the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games, Dai Decai and Yang Daoli, directors of Dalian International Fashion Festival, and served as the dance choreographer of the large-scale square cultural evening of the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th and 11th Dalian International Fashion Festival, with rich experience in stage guidance.

More than 30 children who performed “Fairy Tales at Night” have all learned dance from teacher Xu Ping since they were 4 years old, and they have been dancing for four to six years.
