The Canon PowerShot SX530 HS exteriorly continues the characteristics of its telephoto camera, but it is not equipped with an electronic viewfinder.

The Canon Bootstrap PowerShot SX710 HS zoom magnification is slightly lower, from 50x to 30x on the SX530 HS. This product is equipped with a 1/2.3-inch sensor with approximately 20.3 million effective pixels and a DIGIC 6 image processor. The biggest highlight of this product is the use of the popular five-axis stabilization function. In terms of comprehensive configuration, the SX710 HS is at a high level among telephoto cameras.

In addition to the Boxiu PowerShot series, the Ixus IXUS series, which represents portable digital cameras, has also been updated. Today, Canon released a total of 3 new Ixus products – IXUS 170/165/160. The parameter configuration of these three new products is relatively close, of which the IXUS 170 has better comprehensive performance.

Canon LEGRIA HF R66 and LEGRIA HF R606 portable DV

In the field of portable digital video cameras, Canon also released two new models of the LEGRIA HF R66 and LEGRIA HF R606 digital video cameras. Like the camera, both products are equipped with Wi-Fi and NFC near field communication capabilities, making it easy for photographers to view and share footage on smart devices.

THE MOST INTERESTING THING ABOUT THE NEW PRODUCT RELEASED BY CANON THIS TIME IS PROBABLY THE CONNECT STATION CS100 WIRELESS MEMORY. This product can store photos in it through Wi-Fi, NFC, and memory cards, and can be connected to TVs, projectors, and smart devices to view photos and videos. In addition, Canon’s CONNECT STATION CS100 wireless memory can also realize wireless printing on printers that support PictBridge wireless function.

Editor’s Viewpoint:

Compared with other manufacturers, the popularity and weight of Canon’s products released in China are slightly insufficient, and perhaps Canon will release products with better performance and higher attention at the CP+ exhibition held in Yokohama, Japan in February. Canon is currently waiting to be updated on entry-level DSLRs, some L-class EF lenses that have been released for a long time, and medium and telephoto prime lenses launched in the film era, so let’s quietly look forward to this year’s CP+ exhibition.
